We are looking for a:

Account Manager

To continue our ambitious growth plan, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Operations Team and help us manage our client portfolio and teams.

Role:

• Reporting directly to Management;
• Management of a set of clients, both commercially and operationally by generating, qualifying, developing and closing opportunities with existing clients.
• Attract and recruit IT Talent to meet client’s expectations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Bridge clients’ needs with the recruitment team and the operational side
• Keep track and control of required KPI’s to perform the role with excellence.
• Follow up on assigned teams, to support them and keep their “happiness” levels high.

Profile:

• Business savvy and understanding of the market
• Strong Commercial awareness  
• Strong social skills and good communication are essential. 
• Perfect command of English 
• Responsible and a team player
• Experience with IT recruitment
• Up to 2 years’ experience in the IT/Services market would be of value
